Emotional First Aid – Skills for Life ($40/pp)
August 21 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pmFree – $40.00
Experience how to change your emotional response to situations
by exploring numerous powerful techniques with demonstrations.
This event is designed for all who are under stress and need to find a coping mechanism that will work for them without pills or potions.
These uncertain and challenging times can be very difficult to navigate through, carrying a lot of weight and uncertainty you feel wonder how you can make it through all the demands life throws at you, without losing your mind?
What is demonstrated in this workshop are skills for life, Strategies that you can use on yourself – for yourself, regardless if you are on the top of a mountain, in the middle of a crises, at home, work or elsewhere. They can be used in virtually any situation for anyone.
Being stressed puts you in a constant state of fight or flight. Learning how to change your emotional response, then and there on the spot, will give you the opportunity to approach things from a more resourceful state and ultimately come up with new strategies to deal with situations in a more peaceful way. It will help to clear your mind to allow you to think more clearly.
There will be practical demonstrations where you will experience what works for you, and put you in control of how you respond or react, in any given situation.
The techniques in this workshop are very powerful, and the intention is that you will feel better about, at least, one situation before you leave.
PLEASE NOTE: This is absolutely NOT about delving into any personal details. These strategies are to help you to manage how you react to them. At no time do we ask you to share anything at all.
