This workshop creates space for you to take a breath and focus on YOU for two blissful, creative and re-energising hours.

Christmas is one of the most busy and stressful times of year. As women, we are often the shoppers, planners, wrappers and chefs.
Vision boards are very powerful but is much more than sticking pictures on paper
HOW DOES IT WORK
- It involves a process that sharply focuses your attention to what is important AND helps you make decisions that align.
- The process is deeply personal, so to make sure I support and provide feedback to those in the playshop, numbers are limited to 10 people.
- By the end of the workshop, you will have a completed (or nearly completed) a vision board
- You will receive a worksheet bundle, as a ‘warm up’ for the session. It will be emailed to you before the workshop. Completing this will maximise your experience.
